WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

Our team reviews your application and verifies your insurance benefits.

We call you within 24–48 business hours from (610) 741-6567. Please save the number so you know it is us.

Once scheduled, we send the remaining consent forms to sign before your appointment.
Business hours are Monday–Friday 9am–5pm, with Saturday by appointment only. Applications submitted outside those hours are reviewed the next business day.
